To promote children’s wellness and health, Reem Hospital, in collaboration with Hummingbird Nursery, hosted a “Fun Day” at the hospital’s Healing Garden, where children enjoyed hands-on activities, lunch and snacks, face painting, pediatric screenings and more. The goal of the initiative is to create happy and healthy children who become happy and healthy adults by helping shape the children’s futures through simple steps and everyday moments
To raise awareness about good oral hygiene, Reem Hospital celebrated World Oral Health Day with the theme “Be Proud of Your Mouth” with campaigns and many fun activities. As most oral diseases and conditions share modifiable risk factors with other non-communicable diseases, educational lectures were also given to highlight the importance of oral hygiene for patients and staff to reflect on oral health status, severity, and policies
