Ms Rita Dahdal is a Clinical Psychologist with over seven years of experience in the field. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Balamand, where she also graduated with distinction in her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, complemented by a Minor in Psychosocial Studies.
Throughout her career, Ms Dahdal has worked in diverse settings, including private clinics, detention facilities, NGOs, and refugee support programmes. She specialises in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and mood disorders. With compassion and expertise, she also helps individuals facing relationship challenges, low self-esteem, stress, dependency concerns, family dynamics, and anger management difficulties.
Ms Dahdal’s therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in psychoanalytic principles, offering clients a space to explore their emotions, thoughts, and relational patterns. She also integrates evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness techniques to tailor treatment to each patient’s unique needs.
